Located in historic North Chatham, it is only a .4mi bike ride or walk to two town landings. Only two miles to the center of Chatham where you can enjoy band concerts on the green, take in a Chatham Anglers baseball team, or simply enjoy strolling down charming Main Street which is littered with boutiques, restaurants and antique shops.
4 King bedrooms, two with private decks, one bedroom with two twin beds, three bath home with outside shower with hot and cold water. Close to the beach and family-friendly activities. You’ll love it because of the convenient location. Our home is a great choice for up to four couples, business travelers, families (with kids), and big groups. Convenient to Wequasette, Chatham Bars Inn, and other wedding venues in the Chatham/Harwich/Orleans area. This picturesque Cape Cod village is located on the elbow of the Cape. The quintessential New England beach town, Chatham is filled with antique shops and boutiques, restaurants, biking and best of all, wonderful beaches.
The space
Don’t delay book early to get your choice of dates, nine 2018 weeks already booked. Off season this home is ideal for groups going to weddings, graduations, memorial services, etc. Only 2 night minimum stay in spring and fall.
The modern kitchen, which has granite countertops, is equipped with all new pots and pans, a Keurig coffee maker, coffee pot, electric tea kettle, crock pot, griddle, hand mixer, 4 slice toaster, blender and more! The adjacent sunroom is the ideal breakfast spot and the stainless steel gas BBQ is only a few steps away on the deck that adjoins the sunroom. The lower level has its own king bedroom and kitchenette, large 65 inch ultra HD 4K flat screen TV. Professionally decorated in June 2016. All furniture, pillow top mattresses, comforters, blankets and mattress protectors are new. Bring your own linens or rent. Jeanie will provide a list of linen rental companies. Flat screen smart TV with cable with upgrade to NESN, NetFlix, Bose speakers on deck also kitchen speakers with Yamaha receiver, free long distance calls, secure wireless Internet, keyless entry, FREE long distance calling, lots of indoor and outdoor games. Three full bathrooms all with showers one with a large jacuzzi tub with skylight.
